Where to Buy Toyota Land Cruisers for Sale

January 22, 2012 by · Leave a Comment

While there are many dealerships that have Toyota land cruisers for sale, you should probably buy this vehicle from an actual Toyota dealership. Sometimes it does not create an problem to buy a foreign car from a dealer other than that make, sometimes it is not such a good idea. You want to be able to have some type of warranty, and with the newer models having an American company working on a Japanese vehicle might mean you have to wait long periods for parts. The mechanics will not be as familiar with some of the newer technology.

The  Toyota land cruiser is a definite change of pace from other Toyota vehicles. It used to be they were small and inexpensive when compared to their American counterparts. This model makes things more equal. Now people who have always like Toyota can have an SUV that will put others to shame. They look like a 4 wheel drive vehicle and have the abilities to go off-road and prove themselves. They are roomy inside too. Take all your friends cruising down the beach.

If this is the year you plan on buying a new car, take a ride around the Japanese used car dealers and go for a ride in the Prado. After you get back, take a few days, and see where else you can find land cruisers. Go ride in a few and compare them.  You may no longer be a Ford man. Now you have to explain why your bought a foreign car.

Toyota Japan In America

There is an endless debate in America about what type of car someone should buy. There are endless commercials on the television advertising this kind of car or that kind of car, that company or this one.  Each one highlights the pros and cons of the other brands.  But perhaps the question that American’s ask themselves most often, is should I buy an American brand or perhaps a foreign brand, something like a Japanese used car import.

There are thousands of Japanese car import in the United States.  One of the most popular brands in America is the Toyota, Japan, who produces this car, makes quite a profit off Americans. But at this time in our country’s history, when our economy is so poor, should Americans really be buying cars that are foreign.  Many will argue that Americans should buy American cars because they will be putting money back into the economy, therefore creating more jobs and helping the economy flourish.  And this is a good point.  The other side will argue that foreign car manufacturing is better, and in many cases, safer.  And this is more than enough justification for them.  But, Toyota also employees many Americans because of showrooms and dealerships, so jobs are still being offered to hundreds of Americans.

The debate over what kind of car to buy will continue for as long as cars are around. Although each side has good points, if one is buying a car, he or she has to decide what option, which car, is the best for them.  And that is really all that matters.

If you are in the market for a used car, there are a few options that you may not have considered. Most people begin looking for cars by searching online or in published car ads. One additional place you could try is a Japanese used car auction. This is a process that is run very efficiently, and allows customers to bid for prices on a car of their choice.

The goal of a typical auction is to sell a series of items one at a time, giving buyers a chance to bid at a price that they think is fair. If another person bids a higher price, then they will be able to get the car. One great benefit of this process for the customer is that they are able to purchase the car they want at a reduced rate, unless of course another person is willing to pay more. Car auctions are also beneficial for the typical Japanese used car exporter, which appreciates the wide audience that an auction is able to sell to. Having more customers means that they can sell more products, and this helps them increase their sales and grow their business.

So if you want to browse a selection of Toyota land cruisers for sale, or any other kind of Japanese car, then look on the internet for an auction that allows customers to bid on used cars. The market for used cars is available in many different forms, but auctions bring a lot of benefits for customers and businesses alike.

Three Things To Keep In Mind When At A Japanese Used Car Auction

June 20, 2011 by · Leave a Comment

There’s no doubt that a Japanese car is one of the best options of a vehicle to buy especially if it is your first vehicle. Most people who want to buy their first car don’t necessarily have all that much money to begin with and this is where buying a Japanese used car might be the ideal choice.

Not only are there several brands to choose from such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Honda and Nissan among several others, all these brands focus on ‘value for money’ since they aren’t expensive and are considered to be some of the most durable, fuel efficient and maintenance free cars available in the market today.

While you can meet a Japanese car dealer in your area for the purchase of a car, another option would be to try a Japanese used car auction that is normally held online. So here are three things to keep in mind when buying a car from these auctions:

#1: Finding your car at the right websites

There are some sites that are popular and are ranked highly by satisfied customers. These are sites that you must look for over the internet, and visit them to find a vehicle of your choice. Alternatively, you can also look for certain sites that specialize in one kind of vehicle which will give you a spread of all the used cars of that brand that are available.

#2: Research and inquiries

Doing your homework about the model and make of the car and the pros and cons in purchasing it is mandatory for any buyer. Also, ask the seller for the car’s history in terms of maintenance records and mileage. Don’t hesitate to ask any other questions about the vehicle in question before you purchase it.

#3: Photos

If you are looking for a Japanese used car cheap, you must remember that while most of these cars that are sold are in mint condition but in being able to see the vehicle first-hand (by high quality photos), you can come to a conclusion as to whether or not the vehicle is worth buying. Ensure you ask the seller for photos of the vehicle in sunlight.

Questions to Ask When Looking For Japanese Used Car Exporters

May 22, 2011 by · Leave a Comment

One of the best ways by which you can find a used Japanese car that suits your needs is by contacting Japanese used car exporters that live in Japan or anywhere else around the world. Since online auctions are popular when it comes to the sale of Japanese used cars, smart consumers often register for these auctions in order to bid for what they want.

Just because it is an auction, it is doesn’t mean that you will not get a good deal as most of these vehicles are in excellent condition and are very affordable in comparison to cars sold in the United States and Europe.

Of course, you can find Japanese used car dealers in your own country but in doing so, you end up incurring costs that you can do without, and this is why it is important to find the right dealer who will help you obtain your dream car (even if it is a second-hand one) at an enviable cost.

And even though most of these Japanese cars are maintained in top condition, it is still your responsibility as a consumer to get a vehicle that does meet your expectations. So here are a few questions that you must ask before doing business with a Japanese used car exporter:

Question #1: Are they a member with the Japanese government recognized trade body otherwise known as JUMVEA?

Question #2: Are they a registered company? If so, what is the registration number of the company?

Question #3: Is the company able to offer transparent billing?

Question #4: Do they offer excellent customer service? (Ask for names and numbers if you must to ask a few questions about the cars that they sell.)

Question #5: Will they provide you with the auction inspection sheet on request?

If there is anything that you can glean from driving a Japanese car, it is the fact that they are both economical in terms of purchasing value as well as its maintenance. For those who own one of these beautiful vehicles, they always find another reason why they should purchase another vehicle whether it is new or in the form of Japanese used cars.

While your first choice is to head to the nearest car dealer in order to get one of these vehicles, there are other ways by which you can obtain these vehicles, whether new or used, as well.

And one place where you can start looking is at some sites over the internet that offer Japanese cars for export -  with the dealers being authorized by the Japanese government for export, whether you’re looking for the latest models or the older ones.

Whether you are looking for brands such as Mitsubishi, Subaru, Nissan, or Mazda, you should be able to find specific models that are offered by these brands at these sites at prices that you never thought was possible.

And all this is possible because about 176 countries in the world have recognized that people can get value for money from purchasing these vehicles, thus, the Japanese government has also authorized some of these companies to carry out Japanese used car import in their country as well. All in all, it is a win-win situation for everyone involved!
