Erie Insurance to build training center, add offices (Updated: 1 p.m.)

Erie Insurance Group this year will launch a large-scale development project in downtown Erie that will lead to the construction of a new 52,000-square-foot training center and the overhaul of two historic properties, including the former Pennsylvania National Guard Armory, at East Sixth and Parade streets.
